- Softwave - $75 per session
- B-12 injections - $25 per injection
Our office does not submit claims to health insurance companies; however, we will be more than happy to provide a superbill that you can submit to your health insurance company for reimbursement.
We do accept auto accident cases; however, we require payment at the time of service.
